Step 1: Register

a. Online Registration

b. E-mail Registration

  • Download the Registration Form and fill in the form
  • Send the completed Registration Form to the secretariat by e-mail to national.conference@uph.edu and uph.national.conf@gmail.com or submit directly to Business School UPH Building F 3rd floor
 
 
 

Step 2: Payment

  Transfer your payment to the following bank account:

Step 3: Copy of Transfer Receipt

Please send the copy of transfer receipt to the secretariat by e-mail to national.conference@uph.edu and uph.nationalconf@gmail.com

with the subject ‘Copy of Transfer Receipt by [Your Name]’

or fax to (021) 5421 0992

 
 
 

Note:

  1. The receipt of payment will be given at the conference
  2. Each participant will be given the certificate of participation. Data that will be used in the certificate based on the data entered in the Registration Form
  3. Make a payment prior to the date February 13th, 2015 (presenter) and March 13th, 2015 (participant)
